Shipping

We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on ksbeauty.co will be processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. K+S Beauty is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the US. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

International

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience. 

 

PO & APO/FPO Boxes

K+S Beauty currently does not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO).

 

Return Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Email us at info@ksbeauty.co within 14 days of the date of purchase. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Please note, that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. 

If you were gifted a our product, we will need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
